This is a very gentle technique and faster, because the majority of the time they will have no idea what their subconscious mind is working on, thereby eliminating any trauma they might have experienced. I use this technique almost all the time. It is especially helpful when you are working on people who have been very traumatized or abused. It is also very private because the client does not have to describe the incidents even if they do know what their subconscious has regressed back to.
